Black Lion will engage a reputable contract operator to re-complete the Gt. Southwest Parkway well in Tarrant Co. under its supervision.

The company is in discussions with Sendero of Dallas Texas. It intends to enter into a service contract with the operator for the work-over operations and to use a contract field supervisor and pumpers for the production phase. 

Black Lion Resources Texas Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary, will supervise operations and manage and control cash-flow.
